The basic cleaning fee does not cover extra time required to return home back to the condition found. This includes, but not limited to: moving furniture back to original locations, extra cleaning for time to: to remove stains, spots, spills, taking trash out, put dishes away, clean oven & stove stop dirtiness, or evidence of a party. Do not move furniture or Sonos sound system. Min $40/hr painting. If you do not checkout on time, you may be charged up to a full nights stay.
